My numbers are pretty much similar to you but I switched to life instead of mana and I have around 4.5k energy shield. I think your helmet is not very valuable. You can get a 1.5k armor helmet which greatly enhances your survivability and there is a node on the tree that gives you 1 energy shield per 8 armor on helmet, which gives you almost 200 that you currently get from your helmet. It would be even better if you also get such a helmet with the suffix “30%+ armor applies to elemental damage”. Next, I would consider improving the ring to improve the overall damage. You can also get some gain as extra on the jewels. There is also a node on the tree that reads “you can’t be stunned if you are stunned recently”. This node combined with a stone charm SIGNIFICANTLY improves survival rate. I have a megalomaniac that gave me this node. You can try and see if that helps.

You have very little defense and oracle should invest in crit chance cause you will hardly deal any crit damage if you have to reroll 2+ times on every hit.

Cap your resistances, you are playing melee and are bound to get hit.
