I've seen posts regarding Atziri Acuity and Fast metabolism and that instant leech is useless in that scenario.
However, this scenario is regarding 15% instant leech (Heart of the well diamond) + Fast Metabolism, since you're not instantly leeching all damage, only 15% of it, would that still be efficient to use with Fast Metabolism? In order to maintain rapid trigger COC comet?
once you have enough dmg to leech from, instant leech would be optional
That's how im running it, no issues. I did wait until my gear was nearly perfect before switching though. My assumption was there was a minimum amount of damage needed before it would work well

Just 15% less efficient.
Even the minimum roll of like 8% instant leech is enough if your damage is high
