Which one is better?

DPS numbers alone and the 2nd is already better tooltip with no runes in. Increase quality on those and the gap will get even bigger. Looks like the 2nd also has an open prefix to desecrate more damage increase.

Do two things, either

A. Hit it with a perfect essence to get +level to skills and then desecrate Downside is you’re going to lose one of your current mods Or B. Desecrate it and then hit it with the same essence to potentially overwrite your desecration mod and keep current mods. Either way make sure you use the appropriate omen of crystallization first to guarantee you overwrite suffix/prefix
