Sanc question: for fire flower, fire quality makes it so you can hit a higher cap with the corrupt.

Does caster quality on a sanctification, lower the roll required for all spell skills to go up?

Id like to craft a +4 similar to this. Was wondering if doing caster quality gave me better +4 odds on the sanc. If it does not, think id also go with mana quality.
