Delirium tablet

There’s an on-screen button to end the delirium. It looks like a fast forward symbol IIRC.

Pause it so it brings up all the map stuff like you were in the temple and it should have all the map mechanics on the right side

That's the downside of Clear Skies, you do not get any splinters exactly because there's no timer.

The game incentivizes you to play smart. For example, you could use Clear Skies as a pseudo-effectiveness tablet, since the delirium effect gives you more XP (among other benefits). Or you could pair the „delirium fog never dissipates” with „Isnt it tempting” node from the deli tree, brute-forcing the map into duplicating your currency drops.
