Keeping ES at max

Played a build of top poeninja player. He used an ungodly amount of faster ES recovery start time. I think 1.2 seconds delay. And ofc a decent regen speed. 

He used the abyss belt which doubles socketed runes effect with faster ES delay runes.

 and a couple of top side skill nodes.

In general he priorised faster regen start way higher than all others and that seemingly worked very well.

Sometimes the top players play some wildly different stuff than the next 5 places. It often seems weird but turns out to be genius. That was one of those cases. 

There are several options:

For zealots oath you need much more HP regen (on gear and in talents) its good then you got lord of the wilds with scepter (not good for you lose too many auras)

Buy soul tether belt

Stick to normal energy shield recovery

PS change your necklace to one with melee skills projectile skill give you nothing
