Witch noobie question

Hey guys a poe2 and witch noobie asking for help. I am currently following an online guide as all noobs do and it is telling me to switch my spectre to focus (ED Contagion League Starter guide). If I do so I’ll lose my sekeletons because I wont have enough spirit. Also I cant make sure if skeletals really do anything for me. I dont know if they really do any damage at all. What are your suggestions? Should I stick with spectre and minions or should I go for focus and more chaos damage? Im looking for some help from veterans

Follow the guide.

See if they are adding spirit by using a crafted body or crafted amulet.

Or if they are removing something else to use the new skill that requires spirit.

Also check to see if you have the 100 spirit from campaign.
