Alpha’s Howl vs Bones of Ullr

I’ve been using Bones of Ullr with this build and finally hit lvl 65 to put on Alpha’s Howl for the extra spirit but for some reason my boots randomly become unusable after a few moments of fighting or if I move a skill gem.

I’m well over the requirements for both items:

103 Dex

154 Int

128 Str

Is this a bug? Has anybody else encountered this or know how to fix?

😞 It’s pretty annoying that I have to keep taking them off and putting the back on to have a few moments of them working.
