i use a whole ass AHK script for using flasks (yes im bad) but I never got this (Granted i use a random timer between 800ms to 1300ms)

You need to play POE1 if you want to do that.
POE2 is slow by design :P

I get this for gambling and selling amulets too fast

Gotta slow down that macro - try like 50ms between clicks
