Bow Crafting Assistance for a complete novice

Hello crafting experts. I'm new to the game, first League. Running Fubgun's Poisonburst PF Build. Attempting a bow craft per his directions here: link

Had a decent base going, but must have taken a misstep somewhere along the way and currently have the pictured bow. What is the safest way to get this craft back on track? I want to ditch the Accuracy Rating and Reduced Attribute Requirements. Thanks in advance for the help!

With t2 %phys and t3 flat phys I think it's more efficient to start over from here.

You could just accept the prefixes being okay and finish off the suffixes with essences and desecration but there's no cost effective way to remove the accuracy and replace it with a better modifier
