Not sure on the price but personally i would cold or lightning qual this as youd increase one of the damage mods and the all res

This ring may be good for reverse chill or caster builds but with a few tweaks.On prefix for reverse chill builds you will need flat damage modifiers instead of rarity and %increased damage (only 1 %damage is ok modifier, 2 are not optimal this late in the league. Also double rarity is much better on gold rings). For caster you need max mana and %max mana using the essence. There may be a market for this specific ring but sorry to be the bearer of bad news you won’t be making 400 divs on this specific one 😔

I don’t think having both cold and lightning damage % prefix is good
