Divine till max roll -> Fracture

annul until 1 mod

spammed chaos fishing for t1 spell dmg / t1 flat es or t1 crit / t1 cast speed / t1 all spell

Every time I hit one of those mods, I slammed a perfect exalt (prefix or suffix, depending on what mod hit) and annulled whenever I missed

I repeated this process until I hit T1 flat ES and T1 spell damage.

MOST EXPENSIVE PART:

Slammed perfect exalt twice

annulled with dextral annulment every time I missed; I repeated this process until I hit T1 cast speed + T1 crit spell crit chance.

Final step:

desecrate looking for +2 all spell skills

I did 17 ancient ribs and 113 preserved ribs.

took 120 omen of lights before I hit +2 all spell skills

Do you have any failed ones with lighting damage?

Also... Was it wise to use lights for the +2? Is it more common than the other mods?
