Does Sacrificial Chamber let you remove any room or only to rooms which wouldn't create unconnected chains to the starting point?

you cannot break a chain so you cannot create orphans You can only break up a chain if you loop, otherwise only the end of a chain.

It let's you sacrifice any room with the same rules as destabilizing. Won't make island's, but you could remove a loop or the end of a snake. In some places you will make a loop in order to place a specific room in your chain, then sacrifice the room making the loop
