Weapon skill points allocation for skills

After some advice here I managed to get my sorc through act 2 after an initial blast.

Im now just starting mapping and have been using this build

Im few levels behind but will get those whilst mapping. Im still learning the game and have an idea about weapon swapping and why etc. I have mapped my weapon points out as above (without the missing points, im level 73) however, theres no indication of what skills should go to what weapon to take advantage of the alloted weapon skill points in the above video.

The guide talks about a sigil of power staff on the 1nd slot (happy, not got yet). On other builds the skills are normally colour coded to appropriate weapon slot (red/green) but theres nothing on this one and I dont know enough (yet) to work out which ones should go where?

Anyone know please?

The passive points are color coded when I open the link.

I don't remember which color is which, but they correspond with the weapon you're currently holding.

Your weapon slots have a I and II above them. You can place different weapons in set II and that weapon, once swapped, will use the appropriate skill tree.

Your skills when you hit G each have a little arrow next to them. Click that arrow and it opens a details panel. On the bottom of that panel are two check boxes labeled I and II as well. These determine which skills get used with which weapon set (given they aren't already weapon-specific skills.)
