I agree with many other comments, that it should have every modifier, to be extra funny. But at the same time, I really wanted to try the "remove a modifier for all other modifiers to get 25% bonus", and just slam this thing like 20 times, and see what monsterous single modifier it would end up with.

I hate how 99% of uniques dropped in maps are for low levels.

I want a damn unique for endgame! And not some bullshit pain piece.

Getting actually almost the cap on the rolls makes this thing actually really good for leveling like honestly not a bad helmet at all if it's rolls are decent. crit all ele res and all stats is already better than most trash gear you find when leveling a first toon.

Getting all rolls perfect assuming the life regen rolls is not decimals.

To be fair, many uniques were designed by players that donated a certain amount in early POE1 days, and many still remain throughout since they’re a donation and GGG doesn’t “toss out paid content”
