Budget Amulet Crafting Question

At work so forgive me not including a screenshot, but I have the following amulet:

Solar Amulet ilvl 79

Prefix:

+50 Spirit (fractured)

Suffixes:

+3 Spell Skills

28% Cast Speed

I’m trying to make the following:

50 spirit

T2/T3 Mana

T1/T2 Life

+3 Spell Skills

28 Cast Speed

Desecrated last suffix (ideally)

I currently have sunk around 600 divs by trying the following:

Catalyze for mana, catalyze omen, prefix omen, perfect exalt

-> only hitting t6 mana or missing

Then I’m annuling with prefix annul omen (100 div a pop) to remove and try again

Is there a better way to go about this or is it really 130 div a pop to try to annul and slam the prefix each time? New to crafting but wanted to try to make this amulet into something, any help greatly appreciated thanks! Would like to avoid sinking another 600 divs if i can
