Thoughts on pricing? Or keep?

Hey exiles, new player and need help. Got this as a dip and rolled it with echoes. Was able to get the 2 extra damage affix which is know is big. Failed on the crit options, but cast speed seems decent, and extra ailment threshold was my best option compared to the others.

This is my first big/cool drop and would make my build better. Should I just keep it? Or would it be worth selling? I didn’t see another on the market with the same stats. I did see others with chaos/cold/cast with low rolls starting at 50 divs.
