On the contrary, if $30 is your fun money limit? Then fuck, you may very much enjoy it! However this game is very very hard on your pc. If your system is out dated, the game may be mildly unplayable. This game finally gave me the push to upgrade my old 1070 that was barely hanging on to a 5070. And I still, have fps drops. With my fully juiced 6 man temple (I realize this statement won’t make sense to you) I end up at 15 fps by the end due to the insane amount of items dropped. I get some drops with certain content solo as well. But it’s my cpu unable to keep up, maybe even some ram speed as well.

POE1 is free and far less of a load on your pc. Also? You’ll find out if this type of grind is for you for free :) so I say start there!

To answer your final question, game is great. I’m truly addicted.

If you have money issues you shouldn't be spending on entertainment. Real life is more important. The game is great but there's a free 3 day weekend every league start, and the first game is entirely free, those are some no cost ways to enjoy.

First off, POE2 isn't an RPG. It's an ARPG. The A does a lot of heavy lifting in that acronym. Do you want to play an ARPG? If so, POE2 is not bad and, imho, worth the money if you can afford it in your budget.
