They really need to fix the rng on these quests drops this one and the medallions are so hit or miss.

On my first play through I dropped this and die at the same time, then I couldn't drop the entire map but my friend kept saying I needed it for extra passives. Cleared the map, reset it, nothing, then I went on to the next map and it dropped.
