Temple Change?

I'm just running the simple Temple layout and for the past two days I have been scraping by with lock drops. Before that they where in abundance, with out a run at least dropping two. Has anyone else noticed this as well or did my luck just go to sh*t. Was thinking of making a second character and trying the more advanced temple, but if the lock situation is this I dont see how that would be possible now.
