Can't log in for about 5 days now

So I've been having this issue since a few days ago where I try logging in to POE2 and it just keeps loading forever after I select a character.

I tried different gateways.

I tried different platforms.

I tried reinstalling.

I tried restarting the router.

I tried connecting straight to town/hideout.

It did let me in once after a few days of trying, then I died, tried to respawn and back to infinite spinning gears I went.

It's important to note that I had no issues before and it started all of a sudden a few days ago.

I posted this 3 times on the official forums and all I got was devs asking me if tried to log in into town/hideout and then vanishing into thin air, leaving me with this issue for so long.

I also sent multiple emails only to receive a "We can't help you, go to forum" type of answer.

I tried PC client

I tried Steam.

I tried PS5.

DOES, NOT, WORK.

will anyone please help me with this? It's seems crazy to me that I can't access the product I paid for, and have 0 way to ACTUALLY contact support.

I would appreciate any piece of info in this matter, and thanks in advance!

Can you give us a little bit more information? What is your internet connection? Where you come from? Which error do you get? What appears when you try to login? Which gateway used to work or is near to you?

Did you try a different Internet Connection? How fast is your connection? Did you tried a speed test? Can you try to access internet with smartphone hotspot or can your try at a friends internet?

Can you login to poe website? Do you have access to trade website for poe2?

  1. if you're using steam platform, then you could use the feature "verify integrity of files"

  2. try to fully uninstall the game. I know you did that already but I think cached shaders and many other files aren't exactly deleted. So you need to manually delete those.

  3. Many games provide informative error messages in log files. You could inspect those

Next troubleshooting would be alternate account, alternate internet connection (e.g. mobile hotspot ensuring you're using mobile data)

Eventually you'll find the point of failure to focus on

I had similar issues but was related to Radeon drivers but that won't allow to your situation.(Had to use old ones)

Try to change from Vulkan to DirectX12 or from DirectX12 to Vulkan.

I solved this issue months ago on my PC changing from Vulkan to DirectX12.

Start up with your character and a second character at the same time. I’m on console and that worked both times I had this issue
