It might a stupid question, but I'm about to buy my first olroths flask and I do understand how it works, but I don't actually know which stats to prio... Especially around increased charges per use. Must it be low as possible or high? Low charges per use i think number one to look for? And what about quality, should I look for over 20%? Thanks and sorry for noob questions.
Doesn’t sound like you are 100% certain on how to use it mate, but yes low charges (you can divine it down yourself so it can be whatever value when you buy it. And you can increase the quality yourself to 20% like you do with armor etc. Increased quality means more health when used and healing that exceeds your life pool gives you some guard, which is consumed instead of your ES or health when taking damage
Read flask. What if it said 1,000,000% more charges on use? What if it said 1% more charges on use.
