Looking for help with amulet pricing

I crafted this, and it’s my first time trying to craft something. I know that a lot of amulets want spirit or spell skills, but I didn’t need those for my build so I made it for melee. I need a little help on pricing because the only amulet on the market similar to it is for 1 mirror, but that one has critical damage instead of life regen. I made it for my smith bear and the life regen works really well with zealots oath, but I don’t know if that’s desirable or not. I was able to make another one that I like slightly more, so I want to price this one. Thanks in advance :)

+melee skills / increased es / life. These are the only good mods the rest are kinda dead, if its for some niche build, when the league is dead you're most likely wont be able to sell it anyway. Also at this stage of the league majority of people are looking to minmax their builds so the item has to be more than perfect, good corruption, nicely overroled sanctification and things like that.

No more than 200 exalts. There's similar ones, actually slightly better ones, going for 200 ex right now.
