It seems pretty rare to me, maybe I'm mistaken. I would like to add some lightning DMG, but now I'm a bit scared, I don't want to fck this up now..
I could use the perfect essence of electricity? There is nothing else that comes to my mind what to do next.. just essence, and exalt slam
Or what would you recommend?

SInce desecration is used up you cant 100% attack speed. Id just perfect slam exalts-> onslaught essence, +5 essence-> not much you can do about last mod. just rotate the other two untill you have both on the item. You dont need omen as long as your suffixes are filled, as it wont target prefix at that point. Who knows you could be like me and hit t1 + skills and t1 attack speed :P.
Since your prefixes are good, I would desecrate suffix (omen of dextral necromancy) and greater exalt to fill the suffixes and then slam +5 and perfect haste for onslaught afterwards. Repeat if haste crushes +5. And don't worry both +5 and onslaught replace suffixes.
If the desecrate is still there, reveal with omen of echoes and choose the best suffix of your choice. Ideally, crit chance, crit dmg, attack speed. No particular order. Cap the quality and enjoy.
If you have the currency, exalt and annul suffixes until you get crit chance, when you get crit chance you fill suffixes and use perfect essence of battle and onslaught hoping it doesn't remove your crit.
