80k tooltip dps

coming back to poe2 after few weeks not playing and decided to reroll my oracle but end up seeing low dps tooltip, and was feeling sad about it. turns out it's not too bad seeing it on action.

the build is cold spark + arc coc + lightning bolt(choir of the storm) + archmage on oracle
