Temple destabilization question (order)

I may have ducked thing up a bit and looped my inner loop but there is a chance it should be fine so here is the question.

When the temple destabilizes does it first destabilize used rooms like (Architect, Sac Chambers, Royal Chamber) than it does connectivity check for destabilization of remaining rooms or does it happen at the same time?
