I have a belt with 3 charm slots. When I equip it, my charms show 0 charges. I refill them at the well, but they don't get refilled. In game, they don't activate either (since one is a rite of passage, it's easy to tell). I've rebooted the game, still don't know why this is happening. I've attached a video of my making the switch to my other belt and it gets it's charges refilled, then I switch over and they are gone.
Any idea how I can fix this?

hah I fell for this bogey mod too. These belts only exist to get passed around in trade
