Max % shield is much better than global defences for sure. But be aware that both mods are useful only for non Eldritch battery builds.

In terms of pricing you might wanna compare it to one that has a rarity roll. Most people at this point are focusing on minmaxing their builds and rarity is far more desirable to extra defenses lategame. Might be worth a lot more if u reroll armor ES into rarity.

Recently sold similar amulet with double rarity roll for 5.5k div.
If feeling risky u can lock it and see if u can get +4. Would be around 3 mirrors in that case
