Poe2 "flashy" stuttering while moving a mouse

Hi!

I've experienced constant stuttering while moving my mouse in the game. It happens when playing on fullscreen or borderless fullscreen, on windowed it runs just fine. I tried changing mouse Hz and DPI and it did nothing, also i tried other ways that did not focus on the mouse, but it also did nothing. I really like to play on fullscreen because im totally unacustomed to playing on windowed.
