Jungle Ruins, Troubled Camp: a Rare Beast will always spawn next to the Troubled Camp Update: Quadrillas can no longer spawn with Haste Aura, so if you're looking for that specific Aura, rather search in the next area. Infested Barrens, Troubled Camp: two Rare Beasts will spawn next to the Troubled Camp; a Boar and a Sand Lion

Fyi: cheapest beast is leap lurker from 1 zone in Act 2. But it's impossible to get him outside of maps as he cant spawn rare in Act 2. But for auras he's good for the cost.
