Please help us finding the "best" Temple Carry build

My friend(s) is about to finish his Temple and we want to farm it oviously. However our dmg is lacking because we have random non meta builds.

So we want to invest in a character in order to make it Temple-Ready.

My question is which class/build would you recommend ? There is so much on Youtube it is hard to decide on something. But it seems like Bloodmage is pretty meta with CoC-Comet. I also read a lot about elemental weakness and doedres or something. Is that a build on its own or just a mechanic within a comet build ?

Can someone with experience please help us finding the right guide & build ? Currently our budget is only 1,5k Divines but we will farm and upgrade the character of course. But where to start ? Please link us a guide. Thanks in advance.

You can check out iamjustanthony as he does everything bloodmage and he's several bm builds on his mobalytics. You should be able to find something there. I've ran two of his builds and both are solid.

CoC comet, yes, but consider poisonburst pathfinder. Very easy to set up and gear this late in the game, and short of a temporalis build, its probably the fastest option for crystal farming since you can just bolt past more or less every enemy in maps. 1500 div will build you an absolute monster, even in this economy.

Also consider that headhunter is the star of temples - you’ll be at 50+ mods gained for most of your temple time. The build is almost secondary to headhunter.

Just play bloodmage coc comet coa doedre. Rathpith, vertex, and spirit on everything.

Elemental weakness coc comet blood mage. Farmed 4 mirrors on this build, super comfy, very tanky and explodes the room, quick loot and move to the next. Finishing temples in 10-15. Had zero issues with 5 leechs

As everyone else has said;

CoC Bloodmage. And there are so many verisions to this archetype, but the most mainstream for a reason is Elemental Weakness-Doedres and CoC: Comet. Check out I'mjustanthony for basic guides.

To build on his basic guides there is a ton of more tweaking to do, with quite a lot of freedom to experiment. With the archetype of "be BM, have 100% conversion manacost to lifecost", and use Cast on Crit, Cast on Elemental Ailment and Spellslinger wand. Insert any spells with good synergy and profit.

there are so many verisions of this, start scrolling poe.ninja

examples of verisions:

Manastacker with Archmage&Rathpit (probably highest damage at highest cost)

infusions balancing, with trinity, slotting in living bomb/arc/frostwall etc etc to balance infusion generation and output

But really, any decent build with a headhunter clears temples. Consider that headhunter grants you a lot of resists and crit etc, so you don't actually need to cap it on your gear in temple.

Just going to put in another vote for CoC Comet. Bloodmage is the best version but I went Oracle as I have played Bloodmage like every league, and Oracle is just fine too. If you enjoy doing really fiddly passive tree optimization, Oracle is fun for that.

Ele Weakness - Doedre's is just one way of triggering comet. I think with lower budget you are probably better off starting with spark and eventually transitioning to the curse version.

As a new trade-league player, I was able to get my first Headhunter. OMG, Temple is so fun with it since you're consistently running 15-20 Rare modifiers. Before you invest or change to much, try running it once with that equipped.

Obviously COC comet bm or oracle

Easily clear a fully juiced temple with 5 leeches.
