Anyone running a fully juiced temple and farming Boss?

Was looking at the option of setting up my temple to farm the boss and have it be fully juiced. Was just curious to see what people feedbacks have been on farming boss with a fully juiced temple. Should I set up temple and just farm rooms or lose 2 rooms to make space for royal chamber to farm boss
