Hit a new personal record on poison stacks with my homebrew Splinter of Lorrata build.

General concept involves a very high physical hit from the crossbow skill High Velocity Rounds.

When used against Broken Armour, it applies Riven Armour, adding 5% of the HVR hit as unscalable physical damage to all subsequent hits for a duration. Think Impale but without stacks.

This gives Spearfield a solid chunk of base damage for poisons.

I’ve been away from poe2 for awhile now. I thought poison stacks were capped to like 8? Can someone briefly explain what happened?
