Ov fire dmg is a wittle but I don’t think I can afford to whittle 2 T1 bis mods then desecrate until perfect. But since I’ve already spent 5000d (missed 2 fractures so that’s already 800) I don’t really see this being profitable. Thoughts?

Can't really finish this without ridiculous amounts of currency or luck. Best approach is probably to annul and chaos spam for + levels and then whittle/desecrate the rest.

The fracture and crit are great, everything else stinks. I would annul it all off and chaos orb spam until you land on the desired spell skills.. likely +cold or +all spells and rebuild from there.
Ideally chaos for spell skills and whittle or luck for double gains as extra and cast speed, then desecrate spam for crit chance.

You could try and desecrate suffix with echoes to get high tier cast speed. Slam a perfect exalt. Then use the perfect sorcery essence for +3 to spells, but it might get rid of the cast speed or crit :(
That would be a super budget way to have it viable at least.
Why didn't you just buy a better wand for 5k divs?
