I wish this was a more exciting system ie you can find an omen to tailor the skill towards say 8 certain things.

Crafting process:

1. Buy a ton of vile robes and vaal infuse them until you have some 30% quality bases.

2. Spam exalt, annul, essence of delirium until you get a good notable.

3. Fracture the notable.

4. Chaos spam a t1 ES, the percent mod is desired here because it has lower weighting.

5. Sinistral exaltation omen + perfect exalt for the other t1 ES mod.

Prefixes done.

6. Perfect exalt a suffix, t1 intelligence is what I wanted and I got it. If it failed I would probably dextral crystalization + omen of the abyss + omen of light. This was an economic choice when omens of light were ~10 div. Not so much now.

7. Slam another perfect exalt, pray you don't hit t1 resistance otherwise the craft is bricked for what I wanted. Whittle the second suffix until t1 ES recharge. Only took like 4 whittles for this step.

8. Desecrate the last mod, omen of light when you miss the spirit reservation. This took about 12 omens of light.

9. Profit? I'm planning on keeping this to maybe play around with in standard one day. It's a nice damage boost usually inaccessible on top side of the tree caster classes (witch/druid).

What build. Ice arrow?

Damn, that’s a sexy chest piece. Being able to add DPS to body armor is awesome. Kind of think that essence is underrated. But considering the RNG involved, maybe not. Grats exile

Any way to get rid of the int?

I don't get people fascination with vile robes. Sure the base has 30 more ES but even if it results in 100 Es on a final item I would take Sacrificial Robe with faster start of es recharge implicit anytime over it.  

Step 2 would have been much cheaper by having a single mod on the item, alternating Essence of Ruin and Delirium.

I hate that "allocates ..." is a prefix, it takes away so much ES/Armour/Eva/Life.

Should be reworked to be a suffix. You can think about it as a spirit roll, would you want any notable passive or 60 spirit, the answer for 99% of the builds would be the spirit.
