Legacy rarity affixes as well.

Crafting was simpler in 0.1, I literally just chaos spammed this one. Without even having grand prism, my druid has a level 35 lunar assault which is super mana hungry. The rage regen is important since I consume it to empower skills. I love the old roll of rarity on this but I just wish I had more currency at the time to divine it better :/

A caster might want to lock this and get that t1 light dmg to % mana right? Imagine if it hits omg
