Stuck on viper boss.. any help?

and my specific suggestions > raise your chaos resistance, a chaos/poison charm, I like health pots that gain charges per tick, one tip that helped me was learning to just dodge, dont try dodging in a specific direction... honestly at your level its pretty easy to hit the zone before and bang a couple levels come back and try again...

So that chaos resistance that everyone says you can put off until end game? Yeah no, it's time lol. Find some chaos res anywhere you can, even if it's just temporarily replacing your rings for this one fight before going back to your old ones.

Viper is a HARD gear check mostly. Make sure your equipment is up to task or you're in for a world of hurt. Help works too lol

Chaos res is king. And poison charm. The beams from the sides when the soldiers close in are possible to dodge through, but it takes some practice. I died over 30 times æ, probably close to 40 the first time I fought her. Now mostly nail her on first attempt, not alsøways, but for the most. She has a mixture of poison, lightning, chaos, fire and physical damage. I always run campaign with some armor on gear to take some of the physical damage. That has tured out to be better than pure ES or pure evasion.

What build do you play? Running out of life flask is also a problem, I try to have a 0.20 charges or second flask. And as big flask as I can get.

And you also need damage.

As others have said chaos res does help alot, viper is another stumbling block for new players with jamanra. Good to see you asking for help and advice rather then what others do saying too hard and stupid and moaning.

You don't unlock direct trading until you finish act 3 btw. You're nearly there though!

I’m at same point I can get her to half health I’m just bumping up lvls and farming what I can to use to help in the fight she has a lot of aoe stuff going on with the waves of arrows it’s hard to avoid it all but I’m definitely making progress and she will soon be beat I just don’t think I was ready for this fight

All i did was go from 700dps to 1.2 from quality up on my weapon. Just go ham and dodge
