I hear diffrent things from diffrent people and am just wondering; do you always need rarity when running temples? Or does it depend on what kind of temple you build?
Right now i just made it to having 11 spymasters. And before i continue i was wondering if i need rarity in my temple or effectiveness when i don't have rarity on my gears.
If it is really needed i can get some rarity gears. I have about 200 div and can get more doing chaos trials.
some rarity is ok but you definitely want to go full ham on effectiveness.
i tried one temple with less effectiveness and way more rarity (almost 2800% rarity) and it was very very poor.
the moment you stack effectiveness you immediately feel the drops. it’s insane!
Idk what that mod affects, but afaik, if u want to maximize raw drops, the mod that I mentioned is the one you need
If your temple is only 20something rooms, I wouldn't worry about rarity. Just work on building your temple and worry about rarity when you are close to finishing your temple (either by getting a rarity bot or rarity gear).
On a finished temple, rarity definitely helps.
Either aim for 1000+ rarity or 0, everything in between is suboptimal.
Rarity matters. Solo full temple run i got like 70 divs. Together with bot 200+ divs.
I wanna add up. I have maxed fubgun temple. It shows 1400% IR. Ran full party with bot, didn't really increase your chance (I might be biased).
Once ran a 3men, dropped a mirror and/or a lock. So I would say it's really RNG based even with IR that high
Running BM spark coc. Switched to Andvarius with Kalandra' touch and getting 184rarity. Resistants gone to the teens lol.
Noticably making 80divs per run rather than 40-60divs before with 0 rarity. Unique drops are more common.
Temple not yet fully upgraded tiers. So yeah, gonna aim for 200rarity and see whats up but OoL still not hitting on the neck.
From the videos I’ve seen effectiveness seems to be the better option. I’m running a poison pathfinder built with 130 rarity and I’m focusing on effectiveness. I only have 50 rooms down and I’ve already dropped two hinekora's locks.
From my exp, rarity do affect loots drop, not like night & day different between 0 & 200% but u can really see the results. To get best loots, u should:
Result would be 150-200d/run
