Still enough time to enjoy the season?

There's plenty of time left. Reveal for next league is well over a month out.

Only problem would be the inflation. Testing of course enough time, but building something top tier can be cery expensive

Go for it. The softcore trading economy is a bit strange so late, with powerful but not perfect items being cheap and perfect items and certain commodities way more expensive, but none of that should have a big impact if you're just trying a class and finish the campaign... if anything, it will make it easier

You can try SSF and just rely on yourself and crafting, no trade. I try to play trade leagues right at the start, because the economy becomes ridiculous later and I can't buy meaningful upgrades.

IMO this is the best season to start late. You can get extremely powerful with any build because items that were worth hundreds/thousands of divine are selling for pennies on the dollar.

Farming Breach Catalysts, Expedition Splinters, Ritual Omens, Abyss Omens/Diamonds, Sekhema Sapphires, and Chaos Trial Fragments (my personal favorite) will all net you ~100div/hour

You can basically buy some insane items to get you through the campaign for 1 ex each as you drop them, then pick one of the above farms and go ham

Yep im on a week of 3hrs tuesday and thursday and at interlude so all good

I mean it usually takes me a weekend to get through an act

I got a job n am slow n stuff.

But what I should've done was go find someone who was running temples. I solo leveled to 65

Then I leeched in a temple from 65 to 90 and it literally only took 1 temple to get all those levels. So if you wanted to do this you could easily over level your character then blast through the campaign

Thanks for comments! I guess i'll give it ago and see where i end up. Last season i played from the start, but was struggling getting past t10 maps, since i was super unlucky with drops, so upgrading my gear was a pain

You will face with high inflation, ssf would be nice at this point. Try Albion Online till April
