Help with Vault cleaning and figuring out what to keep vs what to save

Is there anywhere I can go and literally have a higher tier player sit and help me vault clear and see what is worth trying to sell? Been playing this game now since release but have never really gotten deep in the late game and end up holding on to way too much stuff and over spending and now I am full :)
