Stormweaver blue glowing worms coming out of the back

Hello - does anyone know what skill/gem/ability causes 6 or 8 blue glowing worms to grow out of the back and curve forward? Looking for that build because I think it looks cool, but can't seem to find anything related. I have tried chat GPT, google images, and cannot find it. Hoping someone here knows what I am talking about.

For some clues this eprson was a stormweaver build level 92 and had a comet and arc build.

Not a build. It’s the rite of passage charm serpent. It’s just a charm and they’re VERY expensive but it isn’t build-enabling whatsoever
