You’ll need to connect at the top while you have a sacrifice card to eliminate the thaumaturge at the beginning. You’ll still have enough sacrifices to finish your temple.

I don't see a loop there, just three unconnected chains.

If you want to connect the two spymaster chains to each other, you'll need to first let the barracks which connect to atziri destabilise, so you can then russian tech it from the left.

You'll just need to use the sacrificial chamber to get rid of the thaumaturge that connects to the start, otherwise you'll create a loop when the spymasters connect.
