Kinda Stuck with the build

I haven’t played bear so I can’t give much advice there, but on Poe ninja I would search for other shaman builds that use similar skills that you use and see what kinda gear they use, I feel like your kinda all over the place with your build

Haven't played in a while but temple was the most challenging content in the game for me. When I was about 60% with it I started dying and struggling to clear rooms consistenly, even though I was blasting t16 juiced maps easily. That forced me to upgrade gear and min max a bit which just wasn't really required for anything else. It took a long time to get the temple going, but it was super rewarding

As a melee shapeshifter you would benefit from a +3 to melee skills amulet

Not familiar with your build but the tree doesn't look optimized: it loops, there is no weapon swap tree, only 2 jewels.

You could flip that 100d very easily with log books (+chest to area Modifier) selling splinters or either of the trails pay really well TOC the fragments sell for 20+d (little to 0 investment) or you can target relics or against the darkness runs on TOS (a little investment if you'd like decent relics and 100% relic drop chance)
