I considered collecting heroic tragedy data since i've rolled probably 500 different seeds by now, but before i start making a repository of what particular seed changes in notables I need to know if these seeds change between leagues.
Does anyone know?
Go to standard and buy one with the same serd as one you have in current league, easiest way to test I can think of

It's also tricky because the passive tree is changing a lot of times too. Nodes get moved around, renamed, re-structured, and is that going to cause these jewels to reveal "different nodes" from the same location or not?
They don't change in poe1 so it's safe to assume they wouldn't in poe2 either
