What is the best rune on it ?
Its my first good craft and I dont know which rune to put on. I might play the spear myself or sell it. Btw I play lightning spear x explosion spear.

Gains 5% more of each elemental damage type is usually one of the top options. Without knowing more about your build, that's probably going to be the simplest answer.
