For these bugged nodes, Grand Project is the only way. If there isn't a tower nearby to use it on, sorry you are screwed. Grand Project is a unique tablet thay allows you to move to any node in a towers influence, regardless of connecting lines.

The middle bottom node has a single dash coming off of it going that direction I’d bet that’s your missing path

I bet it’s the bottom right node with the unique symbol. Zoom in and you’ll see a single dash on the top left but it seems like there’s a visual bug occluding the rest of the line

Also, I’ve never seen a dead-ended path like the node above your un-linked node.

That’s wild, but yeah, I have a few of these broken nodes that are part of unlocking other nodes and it’s frustrating.
