Any fix to a problem ?

So I had no issues before and played just fine, but recently loading times are awful and sometimes I start taking damage from enemies before they even load( invisible screen), tried to see maybe it's my internet (n o other online games are fine), then I tried to do the cache cleaning and making the nvidia shader cache size 100 gb and even unlimted (both didn't work) used to be start and play , not i have to wait quite a bit to even begin playing . My specs:

CPU - Ryzen 7 7800x3d

GPU -4070ti super

RAM - 64 GB

SSD- the game is on 1 TB M2 NVME

PSU- Corsair 1200W

Any idea for a fix?

ok my dumbass reinstalled the pc a few days ago and it shuffled the disc names for some reason so I installed the game on the drive it was last time which now seemed to be the hdd and not the nvme I thought it was , well that's a fun story , now it seems to work fine

Have you tried to set your graphics to Vulcan maybe it helps I myself never had any issues and I have similar or worse stats
