Someone please explain who this is and why we should take them seriously

I'm autistic and my social skills counselor, this was like 15 years ago, told me to take an introductory sign language class so I can learn to read facial expressions. According to her sign language involves a lot of exaggerating your facial expressions and the class I took literally had an entire chapter on facial expressions.

I only give this background to point out that I was well into my 20s before I found out eyebrows do things and are a critical component to reading facial expressions.

I am now almost 40 and guess what? We are back to eyebrows doing nothing. I took an entire class in a language that I don't use to find out that eyebrows express curiosity, anger, frustration, sadness... all the emotions. Just all of them. Now, thanks to Botox, the eyebrows are back to doing nothing.

I bring this up under this video because this man's eyebrows could stand up to a CIA interrogation. I have seen babies with more expressive foreheads.
