Lately I’ve been looking for tools that can help with things like lead generation, outreach, and automating some of the repetitive marketing stuff. Basically something that saves time without needing to hire right away.

I came across a few platforms like Cracked AI, PhantomBuster, Instantly.ai. They all seem to offer slightly different approaches, some more focused on scraping + automation, others more on outreach or lead databases.

I’m trying to figure out if these kinds of tools are actually worth it long-term, or if they just look good on the surface but end up being limited / risky (like account bans, low-quality leads, etc.).

Has anyone here actually used tools like these in a real business setting?
Would you recommend going this route, or is it better to stick with more manual + proven methods early on?

These tools work until they don't. PhantomBuster is great for scraping but LinkedIn's detection is getting aggressive. The real issue isn't the tool, it's that everyone uses the same playbook now. When every outreach message looks automated, the only way to stand out is being genuinely personal. Tools can find leads, but they can't fake authenticity at scale.

The tools you listed work but the common trap is stacking 4-5 of them and spending half your time managing the stack itself. PhantomBuster for scraping, Instantly for sequences, another tool for enrichment, something else for CRM updates. Before you know it you're paying $200+/month in subscriptions and burning hours on data sync issues.

What worked better for me was finding a single platform that chains multiple actions from one instruction. New lead comes in, gets enriched, welcome sequence fires, CRM updates, team notification goes out. One setup instead of gluing 5 tools together.

Start small though. Pick your highest-value workflow and automate just that one first. The spray-and-pray approach is what gets accounts flagged with most of these platforms.

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
