I remember watching a Disney channel movie when it premiered about a mental challenged brother and his sister who wanted to be a reporter. Just the kid from even Stevens giving a What’s eating Gilbert grape level performance and even 10 yo me cried during the library scene.

To see that much talent go to waste and entering a full decade of a separation from reality it’s not even sad anymore. This guy is just too broken

Why is this man wondering the streets alone? He is clearly in need of some help from family or friends. I know hes done some awful things apparently, but as a human he needs help and care at this stage. My brother was the same and I have always been there. Ever person deserves help.
